Cancelling a Booking
What is the time period for rescheduling or cancelling my booking?
You can reschedule a booking 3 hours or more before your booked time. After this you cannot. Cancelled bookings within 3 hours of the booked time cannot be rescheduled. A new booking will be required via the-big-barn.co.uk/app
How do I cancel and can I reschedule?
Either contact us or login to your dashboard via the-big-barn.co.uk/app or on the website to cancel or reschedule. You can reschedule to the same area but if you want to chose a different area please get in touch and we can do that for you.
Can I be refunded?
If you do not want to reschedule, please get in touch and we will refund you. Refunds will be processed minus the processor and admin fees. Typically these are £0.50p on an hour booking and £0.35p on a half hour booking. If you are likely to book again you can either keep a credit for another booking or reschedule to a new slot.
What If I arrive late?
If you arrive late, the booking time slot cannot be extended.
If The BIG Barn needs to cancel or reschedule a booking?
In the unlikely event that The BIG Barn needs to cancel a booking you have made, we will notify you and offer a new booking.
