Generally we cannot refund or reschedule bookings within 6 hours of their time. Outside of 6 hours you can reschedule an appointment using the ‘Reschedule‘ feature below.
**During extremely hot weather you can cancel/reschedule within 4 hours of the booking time by contacting us.** Check weather forecasts folks!
